A great way to experience the Oakridge Area Trails is by going through Oregon Adventures they offer Mountain Bike shuttle services and fully supported and guided rides.

Alpine Loop - Alpine Lake Loop is a great downhill run that starts and ends in the town of Westfir. If you ride it as a loop it is a 35 mile monster ride. You can also shuttle to the top for a more leisurely stroll down the mountain. The downhill is suitable for intermediate or strong beginning riders.

Middle Fork - A gem amoung gems in the area. This is an incredible downhill with a variety of terrain. Shuttled it is a 25 mile point to point ride with ton of serpentine technical singletrack goodness. Suitable for strong intermediate or advanced riders.

Salmon Creek - Trail begins at Greenwaters Park and follows along Salmon Creek mostly rolling through lush forest. Depending upon which side of the creek you ride, it can be a gentle beginner ride or a technical intermediate ride.

Waldo Lake - The Waldo Lake Loop is a 22-25 mile ride (you can extend it a bit by adding Betty Lake) located in Central Oregon off of Highway 58 near Oakridge. There are no extended climbs or descents on this trail just lots and lots of little hills.
